Most surveys are flown within a week of enquiry, weather and airspace permitting. Here's what happens at each stage.
Tell us the property, the roof type, and why you need the survey. We'll confirm scope and a flight window.
A licensed operator captures the roof from the air, with no access to your property required.
A clear, marked-up PDF report with imagery, 4K videography, findings and recommendations, usually within 48 hours.
Before the flight
On the day
The survey is flown from outside the property, so there's no need to book time off, clear access or move vehicles. A typical roof takes well under an hour on site.
Flights are weather and airspace dependent. Heavy rain and high winds ground the drone, so if conditions turn we'll rebook you for the next suitable slot rather than fly a survey that produces poor imagery.
